Declaration on information obligation

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data storage

We point out that the following data is stored with us for the purpose of the contract: name, address, size, weight, date of birth, place of birth, passport data (passport number, issuing authority, expiration date) and portrait picture of the student. From citizens of non-EU countries also a copy of their passport. In addition, data from military personnel is collected: Military Rank, NATO Code, Military Unit, Mil. Service number. We also collect data on previously completed parachute jumps: total number of jumps, number of free fall jumps, date and location of the last jump, as well as the last used flight system and the last used parachute system. We also stores the first and last name of an emergency contact, as well as their relationship to you and phone number.

Collection of sensitive data

In the course of registering for our events, we also collect the following sensitive data: social security number, religion confession, allergies and medical certificate of the jump participant.

The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you.

Data transmission to third parties

A data transmission to third parties is provided to ensure the jump operation, in particular to: the competent authorities in the country of execution, to the aerodrome operator and the provider of the settling machine. We also forward data to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

Duration of data storage

Medical certificates are deleted from our systems within one week after completion of the course, or the destruction of any copies in paper form is initiated.

In the case of a contract, all other data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, booked prices and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition.
